Maguelone Vignes and Marco Ranzato present a poster at the 20th International Conference on Integrated Care, held online during September 2020 (4th - 30th September). The poster displays the innovative participatory co-design method and the main results of the workshops run with Médecins du Monde in 2016. The purpose of these workshops was to capture the best practices and expectations of professionals and patients regarding co-located integrated services.
