Tatiana Debroux is a postdoctoral researcher in geography (Université libre de Bruxelles / Ecole Normale Supérieure, Paris). Her research addresses the urban, economic and social changes of major European cities during the last two centuries from the point of view of creative and artistic activities. After a doctoral thesis on the geography of visual artists in Brussels in connection with urban dynamics ( 19th to 21st century), she coordinated an interdisciplinary research project questioning the links between culture, mobility and the metropolitan identity of Brussels.
