Christian Dessouroux, Andrea Bortolotti, Baptiste Veroone and Corentin Sanchez-Trenado will take part in the « RC21 : Rethinking Urban Global Justice: An international academic conference for critical urban studies » conference in Leeds, on September 11th-13th. Research Committee 21 (RC21) on Sociology of Urban and Regional Development is part of the International Sociological Association and aims at promoting theory and research in the sociology of urban and regional development. This yearly pluridisciplinary symposium gathers geographers and sociologists among others, to reflect on questions echoing many of the topics discussed inside Metrolab. Metrolab researchers will be part of the “Green or Just? Social Impacts of Environmental Policies » panel. There, they will present their article, "Who’s the green for? Unravelling the social question in urban renewal projects: the case of the ‘Abattoirs d'Anderlecht’, Brussels" written following the MasterClass and their transdisciplinary work on the ERDF project “Abattoirs”.
